We don’t offer customization options for our packages, rest assured that our packages are thoughtfully designed to cater your wedding. We have carefully curated these packages based on our expertise and understanding of what our clients typically require. Our packages are designed to deliver exceptional results and cover the essential aspects of photography and videography.

We have taken into consideration various factors such as the duration of coverage, the number of photographers/videographers, equipment used, post-production editing, and more.

If you have any specific requirements or concerns regarding our packages, we would be happy to discuss them with you. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients, and your satisfaction is our top priority.

To accomplish this, we will be sending you a draft contract for review and approval.

We believe that having a comprehensive contract in place helps establish a transparent and mutually beneficial agreement. It ensures that both you, as the client, and we, as the service provider, are on the same page regarding expectations, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Once you receive the draft contract, we kindly request that you carefully review it and let us know if you have any questions. We want to make sure that the contract accurately reflects our agreement and meets your specific needs.

To proceed with the booking and finalize the payment, we will require your signed approval of the contract. Once we receive the signed contract, we will provide you with payment instructions, and your booking will be confirmed.

To secure our services and block the date for your event, we kindly request an initial payment of 10% of the total package price. This payment serves as a non-refundable deposit and will guarantee our availability on your specified date. To proceed with this payment, please find the payment instructions below:

Once the initial payment is received, we will officially confirm the booking and reserve the date exclusively for you. Please note that the remaining balance will be divided into two subsequent payments as follows:

  1. Prenup Day Payment:

    • Amount: 40% of the total package price

  2. Wedding Day Payment:

    • Amount: 50% of the total package price

 

We kindly ask that you mark these payment due dates on your calendar to ensure a smooth and timely process. Failure to make the scheduled payments within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.

 

Typically, we provide an average of 300-400 edited images for engagement or prenup sessions and 400-600 edited images for weddings.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer pencil bookings, as our policy is to reserve a date only upon receipt of a confirmed booking and the required deposit. This ensures fairness and guarantees the availability of our team for your event.

Unfortunately, our office is currently under construction, but we are more than happy to schedule a virtual meeting or even a coffee meeting at a nearby café to accommodate your needs. Please let us know your preference, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to connect with you.

The inclusion of travel or out-of-town fees primarily serves to adequately compensate our photographers, assistants, and driver for the additional time and expenses incurred during travel. This compensation covers various costs such as gas, tolls, airport terminal fees, and team reimbursements for travel-related expenses. If you’re planning a destination wedding, it’s important to be aware of what your photographer may require for travel, which typically includes mileage or airfare, one night in a hotel, an allowance for food, and possibly transportation.

Booking or reservation fees are non-refundable, in accordance with the contract you signed before making the payment. These fees are intended to secure and reserve your selected date.
Our team will arrive at your preparation location or hotel approximately 5-6 hours before the official ceremony time on your wedding day.
