To secure our services and block the date for your event, we kindly request an initial payment of 10% of the total package price. Typically, we provide an average of 300-400 edited images for engagement or prenup sessions and 400-600 edited images for weddings.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer pencil bookings, as our policy is to reserve a date only upon receipt of a confirmed booking and the required deposit. This ensures fairness and guarantees the availability of our team for your event.
The inclusion of travel or out-of-town fees primarily serves to adequately compensate our photographers, assistants, and driver for the additional time and expenses incurred during travel. This compensation covers various costs such as gas, tolls, airport terminal fees, and team reimbursements for travel-related expenses. If you’re planning a destination wedding, it’s important to be aware of what your photographer may require for travel, which typically includes mileage or airfare, one night in a hotel, an allowance for food, and possibly transportation.
